Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
